STOP PRESS: next trip to the beach (weather permitting) - Saturday 14th August, 4pm, Lavernock Point, Take the small path from the right of the car park - meet on the beach. This session is given on a Karma yoga basis, which means that tuition is given freely with no attachment, and donations are given to charity.
